AiBukko is a WhatsApp platform built by Vraja Labs, an Indian software company. We help businesses in any industry handle bookings, appointment reminders, marketing campaigns and customer support from one workspace, on Meta's official WhatsApp API.
Why we built AiBukko
Across India, businesses run on WhatsApp. Clinics confirm appointments, salons share offers and shops answer stock questions, often from one overworked phone. We built AiBukko to give these businesses a calmer, more organised way to work, without needing a tech team.
What we believe
- Simple beats complicated. Tools should be easy for a receptionist or shop assistant to use on day one.
- Respect the customer's inbox. We build on Meta's official API and encourage messaging only people who have opted in.
- Built for India. We design for how Indian businesses and customers actually use WhatsApp.
